Angela's Outlook

This says it all...

Hi, most of you know me, I am Angela... I was inspired by God to start this community, and I know that God is working through this community, I am so thankful for the members here, and the management staff, and I just want to say "Thanks" to everyone!! I want to welcome all new members, and say I appreciate everyone!!

I want to share something with ya'll, something that probably won't surprise most of you...

Lynn is very special to me... for more reasons than one... and I want to share with ya'll what her love and persistant encouragement did for me a few years ago...

I was running from my calling to preach... didn't want to talk to my Pastor (I just knew he'd laugh me out of the building), but Lynn wouldn't give up... and finally, I yielded to God... I talked to my Pastor and he didn't laugh, he said "what took you so long"...

the harvest is plentious, the workers are few... if you feel called, odds are (even though you may not know it) you are probably not the only one who recognizes that calling... yield to God... get out the doghouse with Jesus... let Him have His way... you'll not regret it!!

THE LIGHTHOUSE...

Jesus is the lighthouse... He shines the light around us, so that we may see the rocks, and avoid them, so that we may sail safely on our way... and when the storms come, and no matter how hard we try to avoid them, it seems that life is just pushing us closer and closer to them... Then He stretches out His MIGHTY, POWERFUL hands, ands keeps us out of danger...

KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE LIGHTHOUSE...

be the lighthouse for Jesus, just as Lynn was... sometimes all it takes is love and encouragement!!

May each of you blossom into the flower that God intends for you to be...

"Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe,

all things are possible to him that believeth."

If we build ourselves up in the Holyghost... the prayer, and the word...

WE can even catch the REALLY big fishes that are out there...

get the word out that we are here... Invite your friends... and enemies too!!

Lord, I lift this community up before you and I ask that you move mightily in this community, and I ask that you help each of us as indivifuals grow, and become what you want us to be, Lord, that we be about fulfilling YOUR plan, and not our own plan... Lord, and that as a body we grow more in unity everyday, that we jointly fit together as is your will... Lord we desire to see souls saved and lives changed... Help us Jesus to glorify you in all we do and say... in Jesus Mighty name... Amen
